1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has officially shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer flat-rate shipping options based on your order total:

Standard Shipping: Delivered in 7–15 business days via standard courier.
- Cost: R100,00 for orders under R998,00.

Free Shipping: Available on all orders over R900,00.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to peak seasons, holidays, or courier disruptions.

We currently ship to: South AFrica Only
4. Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the courier's system.
If you have not received your tracking number within 4 business days of ordering, please contact us at keanupresence23@gmail.com with your name and order number.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Wrong Address: PinkSkin Lab is not responsible for lost packages if the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
- Damaged in Transit: If your product arrives broken or leaking, please contact us immediately at keanupresence23@gmail.com with photos of the damaged packaging and product so we can arrange a replacement.
