REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping at PinkSkin Lab. We value your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any requests made after 30 days will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we must enforce strict guidelines for returns:
  • Unopened Products: To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
  • Opened/Used Products: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on products that have been opened, unsealed, or used, unless the product is proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if:
  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at keanupresence23@gmail.com.
  • If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • If approved: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
  • Sale items or digital gift cards.
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers or influencers (please contact them directly).
